Expect bad for the outcome to become GOOD.
Joseph Ian P. Manalansan
One day there was a one boy who joined a millionaire’s game in a TV show. His name was Patrick, Patrick came from a middle clan family he’s 21 years old fresh college graduate. 9am in the morning when he was awake from the bed, he turned on the T.V. to watch something and he didn’t expect that there is a one entertainment show is the Millionaires Game Power, at that time he was already thinking to joined until the time was come he decided to go and registered in that game. Patrick was so optimistic person he thinks everything to make it possible to him. After registration Patrick went home and there’s an old man standing on the street and that old man called him “Hey buddy did you joined the game?” “Yes I did why?” he replied “How is it?” “it was good and I think I can make it and I can do it that 1 million price its easy for me to get it” Patrick said with full of confidence. And then the old man laughs and asked “You seemed and so sure about that uh...” Patrick replied “I know I can do it and I’m going to make it.” As the old man speaks his last words Patrick didn’t bother to listen and continue walk away.
Until one day Patrick was being called to the finalist of the game show. It was the last man standing with the 8.5m win, and he was so exited to announce the next question for the 10m prize. But something went go wrong when he answer the final question he didn’t expect that his answer is wrong. Patrick expected a lot, his determination was so full of bliss and that’s how he’s sure in his answer. And the problem is he didn’t think first before answering coz he was so confident that he’ll be able to answer it correctly until the final answer was given and his answer was wrong.
LESSON (TRIVIA)
- Don’t take any advantage in one thing.
- Do something first, before something’s going to happen.
- Don’t expect too much, so that you will be not able to hurt in the end, coz expecting too much that’s not how you get.
- You need to listen and learn something first before you expect.
“Expectation, it’s always an expectation no more no less…”
