Alex Miranda is 23 years old and he’s single living in an apartment somewhere in Manila and doesn’t have any priorities in life and any kind of responsibilities accept his family living in province. At the age of 20 he graduated in a university and he finish advertising fine arts, after graduation he rested in 2 months before going to a corporate work, after 1 month he started applying and just a few days he started on a corporate work. That time he’s a graphic artist in a publishing company Alex Miranda work so hard with passion and determination aside from being artist, he has ability to lead people and how to handle people, until one day the General Manager of the Company had an retreat somewhere in united states, then that time the boss started to find a person who’s going to lead or handle his people. And some of friends of Alex required him to the job, until the time came the general manager of the company meet Alex and started talking to him about the problem.

“You are Alex?” said the manager “Yes sir! I am”

“I heard that you are the graphic artist?,

And aside from that your friends keep telling me that you have a leadership skills is that true?” then Alex was so shock “NO sir!! That’s a big Joke ha-ha!” responding nervously.

“Don’t worry Alex, don’t panic that’s okay, I know what you feeling right now and Alex I need you right now after 2 hours I must be on the airport for my departure, Alex listen to me I know you can do it and I trust you I’ll let you to become the Gen. manager in 3 executive months and all my duties and responsibilities I am passing it to you can you do that for me?” Then Alex had no choice.

“But sir I’ll try or I’m going to do my best...”

“No Alex don’t try, and don’t do your best.”

“But why sir??”

“Do whatever it takes! The job that I’m giving it to you it’s not a joke, but let me tell you this don’t think it is hard just take it easily, Alex this is just for you and you’re going to learn a lot and achieve more skills, Alex I’m repeating it to you I know you can do it, and then just do it”

Then Alex grabs the command of his boss.

If you were Alex what will you do? Are you just going to:

- Try

- Do your best or

- Whatever it takes

Those 3 words are the types of commitments that we are using in committing people, but what is the best of those words?

1. If you’re just going to try, you’ll just going to try right? You’ll just know what it is.
2. Doing your best just the best as you can, but if you fail no more, because what you did is to TRY and do your BEST.
3. But if you do whatever it takes no matter what happens I can do this, you can do this and you are going to do it and that’s how positive it is, doing whatever it takes it’s a process from being optimist you’re seeing hard things but you’re making it easily. Somehow why people losses their Job there faith and belief in one thing, whether you fail or not this is only the solution on how to handle it “DO WHATEVER IT TAKES.”

Just like this, if you’re going to court a girl what will you do? How you are going to tell her that you love her and you need her. Are you just going to try? You’re best? Or whatever it takes?? The answer it’s yours, this is how you should treat your faith belief in one thing. Win her.
